There is a selection of videos to watch as part of the Sam Maguire Visitor Experience at St. Mary's and we are on the Sam Maguire Passport Trail, which is a free fun activity journey around Sam's hometown of Dunmanway where you collect stamps and discover the main aspects of Sam's life though puzzles and challenges.

When you have finished your passport you can book a place on a Sam Maguire Passport Celebration directly with the Parkway Hotel.

 Sam is also featured in the new Cork Rebel Way which is a Driving route around Mid and West Cork.  You can pick up a copy is the local tourist offices, historical societies and libraries.  A PDF version is available here:

Cork Rebel Way - Vol. 1 - July 2019

	St. Mary's Church in Dunmanway, Co. Cork is the burial place of Sam Maguire who is remembered by the cup donated to the GAA in 1928 to be presented as the All-Ireland senior football trophy. In 2017, we installed eight bells to remember Sam Maguire and to tell the story of the man behind the cup.
St. Mary's Church is open by appointment during July and August for visitors to learn about Sam Maguire and to ring the Sam Maguire Community Bells that have been installed in his memory. Please contact Carmel 087 9932694 or Margaret 087 9924151 to book an appointment. Visiting Sam's grave and the church that he attended as a child is free.
	We make a small charge for ringing the bells and giving a guided tour of the ringing room and telling you  Sam's story in a fun and interactive way through documentary videos and the eight themes of the bells. Adults €5,  Concessions €4, Children u16 €2, u5's free.  Family €10.  Discounts available for group bookings.
