COX'S HALL TODDLER GROUP
Since its start in January 2015, with 5 to 6 families attending, the toddler group has gone from
strength to strength. Now 20 - 22 families on average come along to enjoy some playtime with the
toys, doing a craft, listening to a Bible story, dancing to music (Wheels on the Bus being a must
every Wednesday), then finish up with some juice & biscuits for the toddlers & some delicious
home baking & tea/coffee for the adults. Along with the rest of the country, during the pandemic,
Toddler Group had to shut the doors from March 2020 until it could return in June 2022 (for 3
weeks). On 15th June 2022, the toddler group said farewell to Rev Cliff Jeffers before he moved to
Ross Union from Fanlobbus Union. Thankfully, there's a great group of leaders/helpers that were
able to keep the toddler group going during Fanlobbus Union's vacancy (from September 2022 to
June 2023). Rev. Kingsley Sutton was Priest in Charge during the vacancy and joined us with his
guitar most Wednesdays. In June 2023, the vacancy was filled with the arrival of Rev Adam Pullen
to Fanlobbus, who joined us from September 2023.
Cox's Hall Toddler Group is on every Wednesday (during school term) from 10am to 11.30am in
Cox's Hall, Dunmanway. €5 per family, for babies up to preschool age.
We are always looking for help in toddler group, whether it would be helping with tidying up the
toys, supplying some baking etc, if you're interested in helping in any way, contact Susan Salter or
any leader/helper or contact Fanlobbus Facebook page.
